30^th Anniversary

Some of you were present in Edmonton, Alberta, at the Founding LWMLC Convention on June 20, 1993. What an awesome event. It was a date that declared we are Lutheran Women’s Missionary League – Canada! That was 30 years ago. Yes, time flies, but our Lord God Almighty has worked in and through us to fulfill our motto: “Called to Serve” from Deuteronomy 10:12. (Linda Long, President)

• — Our society at Trinity continues to:
  • Support a Concordia Seminary student in Edmonton each year
  • Provide materials and information for the Nursery (Cradle) Roll program
  • Holds a Christmas party for those participating in Prayer Pals
  • Gives to the Lutheran Hour in memory of church members who have passed on

• — Over the past year we have also given aid to:
